are some good shops in the main floor of the St. Francis, but they
are very expensive. There used to be an incredible restaurant at
the top, but unfortunately they closed down several years ago. The
views from the top are incredible and if you can sneak your way to
one of the top floors, you will be greeted with a great overlook
