Northtown Mall
is located four miles north of the 90 freeway at
Wellesley and Division Streets. Take exit 287 off of the 90. This mall contains a JCPenney
and a Sears among many other stores.

Schade Brewery Public Market is located at 528 East Trent. This market is held in and
near the recently renovated Schade Brewery Building. At this market you will artisans,
craftsmen, antiques, and other vendors. The indoor market is open year round. Open from

Spokane Marketplace is open from May through October. It is located at 1202 West First
Street. Fresh local produce is available as well as ethnic food, and arts and crafts. For

The downtown area, already mentioned above, has the skywalks that connect the different
blocks. I did not find a specific area of shops like you have in Gastown in Vancouver, or
Chinatown in San Francisco. The shops were spread out. One of the blocks that is connected
by the skywalk contains a Nordstrom and The Bon, a nice clothing and accessory store.
